We make every effort to check parts before sending them out, however as we are not the manufacturer, this is not always possible.

If there is a fault with the part you received, or if you have received a part different to what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send out a replacement.

Customers have a right to cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered, for any reason. For cancelled orders, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us to arrange the return, and ensure you use the appropriate postage to cover the item.

Cancelled orders will be refunded, provided the item is returned in new, unused condition. Please return in the original packaging, and do not open it if you intend to return. If an item is returned in used condition, we may charge a restocking fee.

Premium postage services will not be refunded (e.g. Special Delivery).
